I did leave and come back, I first started on the 25th January 2005 and left in the June 2007. During the 2 and a half years I worked in purchase ledger department on the Partco account with Anne Duff, this was then all moved over to ECP.
I then came back on the 1st April 2008, so I was not gone for long! I came into take over from Claire Dilley as an accounts clerk processing the credit card payments, petty cash payments, hotels, VOSA slots, stock, stationery and helping with little bits when we opened new centres.
In 2019 I went part time and moved to a stock clerk position, helping to look into stock orders that had not been booked in and trying to assist the centres. This position changed over time and became full time and so I moved to help Christine with Management accounts.
In 2023 I asked if I could again work full time around school commitments and yourself and Scott kindly let me vary my hours so this was achievable, In the March of 2023 I was promoted to a Team Leader within the accounts office working with the coordinator roles on the team.
A big part of what makes working at Formula One Autocentres enjoyable are the people I work with and the friends I’ve made. I have also done quite a few different roles and I have enjoyed the diversity and the challenges that have come with them.
