During my time at Formula One Autocentres, I’ve had the opportunity to take on a range of rewarding roles, including Centre Manager, Training & Compliance Officer, and Training Manager. Each position has allowed me to grow both professionally and personally, while contributing to the company’s continued success and high standards of service.
What I enjoy most about working at Formula One Autocentres is the family atmosphere that runs throughout the business. There’s a genuine sense of teamwork, support, and mutual respect that makes it a great environment to be part of. I also value the flexibility and trust the company provides—encouraging me to work on my own initiative, make meaningful decisions, and take ownership of my role.
